Does an inspection guarantee there will be no faults?
No. It covers checks possible at the time of the visit. Internal or inaccessible conditions may remain unknown and future failures cannot be ruled out.
How do diagnostics differ from a vehicle inspection?
Electronic diagnostics read accessible systems. A pre-purchase inspection may also combine visual observations, records and an authorised road test. The agreed service determines the scope.
What do OneDiag packages cost?
Essential — MAD 350 · Plus — MAD 500 · Premium — MAD 700. Inclusions, taxes, travel and delivery terms need to be specified before agreement.
Can you confirm an odometer has never been altered?
Not in every case. The displayed mileage can be compared with records and accessible data. Inconsistencies require investigation; no single method certifies every vehicle history.
How can I request an inspection in my city?
We serve the 16 cities shown on our map, with an expert in each city. Share the vehicle’s city and access arrangements; we then agree the appointment and any travel charges. For another city, contact us.
Can I have a car inspected in another city?
Yes. An expert in our network can inspect the car in a city we serve while you stay in your own city. Share the vehicle details and the seller’s contact so access can be arranged with their permission. We then explain the findings to you; the appointment, price and report delivery time are agreed before the visit.
Is the displayed report a real customer report?
No. It is a clearly identified fictional demonstration explaining one way to present observations. No customer document is exposed.
Does the form confirm an appointment?
No. A successful submission stores your enquiry and displays a reference. Availability, the total price and the appointment must still be agreed with OneDiag.
Does this replace a statutory vehicle test?
No. A pre-purchase inspection and a statutory test serve different purposes. The former does not replace applicable regulatory checks.
